View looking north on Glendale's Brand Blvd. from Broadway in 1915. Glendale's first boom, in the 1880s, was really just a little "bop" rather than a boom. But a healthy revival started in 1902 and kept on going. By 1915 North Brand Blvd. was definitely a street of prosperity.
