View of the Greyhound & RTD Terminal at 6th and Los Angeles St. in Los Angeles. A Thrifty drugstore occupies a portion of the bottom floor. Greyhound buses can be seen parked on the top level. During the 1970s until late in the 1980s, the Southern California Rapid Transit District (RTD) operated a main terminal in the basement of the three-level Greyhound bus terminal at 6th and Los Angeles Streets. The terminal was designed by Kenneth R. Swift of Welton Becket and Associates and constructed in 1965.
