It has a new copper roof. Closed, furnished. The bell from the original demolished chapel is also hung in the sacristy (the municipality had it repaired because it was damaged by fire in 1961). Next to the new chapel, the foundations of the original large chapel are marked with stacked stones. The chapel was restored as a scaled-down copy of the original large chapel demolished in 1963 - The original early Baroque chapel was built in 1683 – 1684 by monks from the monastery in Pivona in honor of the Ždánov hermit bl. Kolomana at the site of his original grave. After the dissolution of the monastery in 1787, the chapel was abandoned, in 1860 it was repaired by the municipality of Draženov and consecrated again on 14 October 1860. In June 1961, the chapel's roof burned down, although the chapel's masonry remained undamaged, the District National Committee in Domažlice did not allow the chapel to be repaired, and it was demolished in 1963, even though it was declared a cultural monument
