Looking southwest toward Flower and 5th Streets from Hope and 4th Streets. The Richfield Building (the tallest) and the Douglas Oil Building can be seen, as well as parking lots on the north side of 5th. The Richfield was build in 1928 to 1930. Architects were: Morgan, Walls & Clements.
