By 1970, on the 50th anniversary of Soviet Azerbaijan, work was completely completed to change the appearance of the Garden of 26 Baku commissars, which were carried out on its territory from 1968 to 1970! A new memorial was created. Its architects were Alesker Huseynov and Gazanfar Aleskerov. The designer was Yuri Dubov, and the sculptor Ibrahim Zeynals. Everyone was awarded the State Prize of the Soviet Union for creating a memorial! In addition to creating a round -form memorial, with an oil worker holding fire in his hands, an old oval basin was replaced with a rectangular, and one of the two sides (the Garden of the Garden to the Basin) was dismantled E. Tripolskaya's Thundered Fist, this side/part of the monument stood on the spot behind the pool from 1923 to 1969.
