Skunk stone (English Stone of Scone, Stone of Destiny Gaelic. Clach Sgàin, Clach na Cinneamhainn, An Liath Fàil) - the sacred relic of Scotland, which is a large sandstone block weighing 152 kg. Initially, the stone was stored in Skoon Abbey in Scotland. For centuries, Scottish and English monarchs were crowned in stone, and probably also the kings of Dal Riad. Other names for the stone are Stone of Destiny, Jacob's Pillow, Coronation Stone.
