Nicolai Saxegaards bolig, som han oppførte i 1902 på festet tomt av Hans Fredrik Giæver. Han kjøpte senere tomta og solgte eiendommen til Vågsfjord Kraftselskap da han forlot byen i 1920. Kraftselskapet solgte den videre i 1930 til stadslege Sophus Wilhelm Brochmann. Huset ble revet ca. 1964. The residence of Nikolai Sacksegord, which he erected in 1902 on the land he rented from Hans Fredrik Yaver. Subsequently, he bought this land, and later, before leaving the city in 1920, he sold the ownership of the city energy company. In 1930, the city doctor Sofus Wilhelm Brockman bought a house from an energy company. Around 1964 the building was demolished. The remains of the foundation:
