An exterior view of 2 sides of the Merchants Trust & Savings building on the NE corner of So. Spring St. & W. 7th St. It was built in 1924 and was originally the Hellman Commercial Trust & Savings which later became Bank of America. The name carved on the exterior of the building is Merchants National Trust and Savings Bank. It is part of a Beaux Arts office block architecture by Schultze & Weaver.
