Source photos could not be found, if anyone can help - will be grateful. City of Saranda, Albania. This building was later torn down that made me pretty smash his head on finding this place. Helped decorative brick pedestal, staircase and the characteristic slope of the streets through which I was able to find the point where the photo was taken. Who is the site of this building there is a park of Friendship (Friendship park). It is remarkable, but there are growing such as palm trees, like in this photo, and almost at the same locations. The slogan on the building translates as "Long live Comrade Enver Hoxha affair."
