The New York Athletic Club as it nears completion, Seventh Avenue, east side, from 58th to 59th Streets, showing also 155-175 West 58th Street, east of, adjoining, and at the N.E. corner of Seventh Avenue. The Salamanca and the Barcelona, at the right and centre, are two of the three surviving 58th Street buildings of the Spanish Flats. They will give way within a few months to the Essex House. April 26, 1928.
