The villa was built by the spa physician Dr. Rudolf Gallia and was therefore also known as Villa Gallia. The house may have been built around 1890 /or the beginning of the 20th century/. Later it was bought by a certain P. Prizender, possibly immediately after the First World War, 1919, 1920. During this period the building was called "Villa Vally". The surname Vally may have been derived from his wife's name. In 1972, the villa was converted into a government building. In 2013-14 it was reconstructed: as of 2024: Úrad vlády SR - Účelové zariadenie - AGRA - see From comments in the source //
