A flat niche chapel on a rectangular longitudinal plan covered with a counter canopy. The south facing facade of the chapel used to be broken by a large rectangular, semicircular niche. The outer walls were smooth, topped by a raised profiled cornice under the roof. The chapel was built in 1708 by the soap maker Georg Polak at the former house no. 204, formerly a fishing and cooperage, on the way to Štědra, later Nádražní Street (Bahnhofstrasse), in the southwestern part of the city. In 1800, Franz Springer had the chapel renovated and bought a new painting of the Holy Trinity for the interior from the painter Johann Müller in Žlutice, which replaced the original painting. In 1878, the couple Anton and Barbara Löschner installed a new painting of the Holy Trinity in the interior, which replaced the painting from 1800. During the construction of today's Station Street (Bahnhofstrasse), the chapel was reduced in size.
