The Escherich Brothers were the builders of the 1931 Gothic Revival style McCarty Memorial Christian Church, which was originally called South Park Christian Church but renamed for the donors Dr. and Mrs. Isaac A. McCarty. The church, located at 4101 West Adams Boulevard, was determined to be a contributing feature of the West Adams Terrace Historic Preservation Overlay Zone. This view of the McCarty Memorial Christian Church is taken across Adams Boulevards. A concrete railing and planter can be seen on the right.
