Looking east across S. Pimpau Boulevard towards the western façade and entrance of the Farmer's Insurance Building. This architecturally eclectic structure, located at 4680 Wilshire Boulevard, was originally designed as a three-story office building by Walker & Eisen and built in 1937. Twelve years later, Claude Beelman and Herman Spackler were brought in to add 4 additional floors to accommodate more offices, a cafeteria, a restaurant, and a roof-top terrace for staff.
