Looking down on the corner of Bank and Wellington in June of 1918, when a French Alpine Regiment known as the Blue Devils made a visit to Ottawa. This picture was taken from building on the north side of Wellington that don't exit anymore. Plus it shows the streetcar tracks that would take you over to Hull via what is now Booth Street.' (C)
