The chapel was rectangular with a presbytery ending in a semi-circle. At the front and at the back, the pitched roof protruded forward about 1 m in front of the masonry. The entrance in the front was finished with a compressed arch, the sides of the chapel each had one semicircular window. An altar and two pairs of pews with three seats each (12 seats in total) were placed in the interior. It was locally called Gristlakapelle or popularly Křišťálová kaple (Christalkapelle). - The first mention of the chapel appears in 1837, when the farmer Georg Draxler, nicknamed Gristl Josef, had it built on his land. The last German owner of the chapel in 1946 was Alois Seidl. The last repair of the chapel took place in 1946, when the chapel was whitewashed and its shingle roof was covered with Eternite templates. It was looted in the 1950s and was demolished around the end of the 1970s. The land on which the chapel stood belongs to the State Land Office.
