The Courtyard Volksvlijt was a large glass building on Frederiksplein in Amsterdam, on the spot where the Nederl stands now. Bank. It was built between 1859 and 1864. Arch. Cornelis Outshoorn and is inspired by the Crystal Palace in London, built for the 1851 Exhibition. In 1929, the Volksvillage Palace was destroyed by fire.
