The place of the point seems strange, right inside the block, but it was here that the old rue de la Fontaine passed. The streets of Vieux-Collège and Purgatoire did not interconnect, the passage was “cut through” approximately at the site of the 3rd section of the house in the photo. None of this buildings has been preserved.
