Its southwest corner protected impressive round dungeon height 33 m, diameter of 13.5 m and 2.2 m thick walls whereas in the other three corners round turret mounted - so-called "Échauguette". (This is a small square or cylindrical patrol the premises, often with loopholes, allowing you to have an overview of up to 270 degrees) .Currently the district administration is located in the castle.
