Photography by F. Albert Schwartz from 1890, entitled “Jäger Strasse No. 58-60. ”The picture was taken shortly before the demolition of houses 59 and 60. In 1891 a new building was built according to designs by the architect Friedrich Wagner with house number 59/60. The client was the banker Gotthard J. Raehmel (1838* until 1912 † Banker, Geh. Commercial Council) who was the owner of the Jägerstraße 59 house at the time.
