The structure on the right is the Hotel Delmonico,(erected 1928) and is at the N.W. corner of Park Ave. Adjacent to same are four 5-story structures that will be demolished and replaced by a 2-story structure in the near future. They are Nos. 59 to 53. August 4, 1937.
