Hôtel de Sourdéac was built on the site of the former hotel Garancière in 1646 by Italian architect Bobelini for Archbishop René de Rieux, who later gave the building to his son, the Marquis Sourdéac. The architecture is magnificent building. On the main facade of the huge sculpted pilasters supporting the second floor. Arch two floors denotes input and besides the front door frames balcony projecting beyond the facade line. In the building between 1819 and 1850 housed Town Hall District XI, and later bought the building Henry Plon. He founded the company occupied the building in the years 1854-1988.
