Villa Espéranza (at the source - "Oude Zeeschuimer") built in 1890 and reconstructed in 1921 into a hotel: it was made a new entrance to the lobby and dressing room, added a veranda and balcony with a bay window. These modifications were made in the style of the house and did not spoil its appearance. Before the war the villa became the property `Hoogenoord '. Now the office building.
