In 1889, 1890 and 1896 Vittorio organizes expeditions to the Central Caucasus. "Pervaya expedition led by Sella visited Bezengi inaccessible gorge, where is working on the study of nearby ridges, peaks and passes. In our time, the events of those days, recalls the name of one of the peaks in the bridge Bashhim-AUZ-bashi - the peak of the Sella.
