The iconostasis of 1670 was a great monument of Ukrainian Baroque art. It was constructed with funds Ioanniky Golyatovsky Vasyl Dunin-Borkowski. Eletski iconostasis of the Assumption Cathedral was like the iconostasis of the Assumption Cathedral of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra. In 1860 it was reconstructed. The photographs taken at the beginning of the century, you can see how in a single ideological and artistic conception of painting united and unusually expressive carving. A vast plane five-circle gilded iconostasis raised high wall and looked like outlandish zlatotkanaya curtain.
