The tall building on the right is the Campbell Apartments at 130 Linden Avenue, an eleven-story Spanish Renaissance building providing deluxe apartments with hotel service.The Campbell Apartments were built by Reginald Campbell in 1928. He bought the Lafayette Hotel next door in order to protect the apartments. Currently both buildings, as well as the Lafayette addition, are part of the Lafayette Complex and have been declared Long Beach Historical Landmark 16.52.270. The architects were Parker O. Wright and Francis H. Gentry.
