It has a new roof, tin Sanctus. Masonry also needs repair paint. Closed. Rectangular windowless chapel covered with a hipped roof with a square bell tower with a pyramidal roof. The entrance facade with a rectangular entrance is completed laťovaným triangular pediment. The outer walls are smooth, without breakdown. Inside the chapel is a flat ceiling, covered plank ceiling. Indoor facilities consists of baroque acanthus and auricular altar probably from the 17th century with a flat wooden statue of the Madonna. On consoles are folk wooden sculptures of the Pieta, St. Barbara and Vol. Florian 19th století
