Greyhound buses can be seen parked on the top level. During the 1970s until late in the 1980s, the Southern California Rapid Transit District (RTD) operated a main terminal in the basement of the three-level Greyhound bus terminal at 6th and Los Angeles Streets. The terminal was designed by Kenneth R. Swift of Welton Becket and Associates and constructed in 1965.
