I would be grateful if you throw a link to the source. Picture taken in Saranda, obviously later in 1985, as Chairman of the Working Party has already Ramiz Alia. This place is very much changed, the central building was either demolished or renovated beyond recognition. It had to be guided by the orange three-storey building with a corner balcony (it is in the background).
