It was built in Simferopol on Ekaterininskaya Street (now Karl Marx, 27) in 1838. The author of the project is famous in the Crimea architect Philip Elson. The initiator and curator of construction was a doctor, Stat adviser Fyodor Karlovich Milgauzen. Initially, the building had no bellow. In 1889 - 1890, the building was rebuilt. Kirch existed 50 years. In the twenties, the Lutheran Church, like many other churches in the city, was closed. On May 26, 1923, Kirch was sealed. But in November 1926, Lutherans Simferopol still achieved permission and they were allowed to open the church. However, there was not enough money for the maintenance and in 1930 the parishioners themselves refused to keep the building and transferred it to the state. At first, the building of the West National Minorities Club was opened in the building. Then there appeared the Atheism Museum. After the war in the building, the shoe workshop of the Tavrichesky Military District was opened.
