06/20/1941 Also known as Villa Bialbu, the residence of the Prime Ministers of Finland. The villa was designed and built in 1873 as the summer residence of the architect Frans Colonius. In 1904, when the building was acquired by the government and intended as the summer residence of the Finnish governors-general, the necessary planning changes were made by the architect Johan Jacob Arenberg.
