Aerially looking west from the eastern side of the Los Angeles River, near the intersection of S. Soto (foreground) and 26th streets in the Central Manufacturing District. The Musto-Keenan Co. plant, located at 1801 S. Soto Street, is to the right of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe trains carry freight over the river. Photographed for Crescent Oil & Refining Co. on August 5, 1955.The Musto-Keenan Company, which now operates under the name MK Diamond Products, was known in the 1950s for making quality diamond tools for cutting marble and tile.
