The mansion, built in 1889. Named in honor of alkmarskogo brewer Conrad Witte. Until 1980 - private residence. In 1986-1987 gg. house converted into a town hall. The Town Hall was located here in the years 1987-2015. Then the building was put up for sale. In 2018 the house was sold for redevelopment for housing.
