Date. ?? 03.1867.Posle stop June 3, 1853 the project of construction of the stone of the Central Marketin October 1853 approved a new project based on the use of openwork steel structure. Construction steel pavilions began in February 1854 goda.Novy project involved the construction of 12 pavilions, six on each side of the street du Pont-Neuf, later renamed Rue Baltard (1877), passing through the center of the market. (Market Plan) Eastern part of the market (Pavilions №№ 7-12) was built from 1854 to 1858. The western part of the market (Pavilions №№ 3-6) was built from 1860 to 1874. The last two pavilions, a curved shape (№№ 1 and 2) to fit the shape of the grain market (future Mercantile Exchange), although were planned in 1857, but began to be built only in February 1935 goda.Chtoby make room for the new pavilions of the Central Market was demolished more than 300 domov.
