The chapel was rectangular with a triangular pediment over the front and seat, rear roof zvalbenou the Sanctus. The entrance and the facade was finished rectangular. Chapel had the sides after one circular window. The chapel is already plotted on a map of Stable register from 1843. The land on which the chapel stood, is privately owned (Mary and Peter Lhota pod of magnesium Virgin). Vitín village is completely destroyed, the houses are relatively well-preserved ruins (new settlers left in the 50s of the 20th century after it failed to promote the construction of a road to the village)
