The church was designed by Allison & Allison.Allison and Allison designed the 1930 Italian Renaissance style Thirteenth Church of Christ Scientist located at 1750 North Edgemont Street in Los Feliz, which was designated Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument 559 in 1992. In 2012 this building housed the L.A. Full Gospel Church.
