Photograph caption dated July 8, 1964 reads, "A modern portable classroom building is in use at the Arthur E. Wright School in Calabasas, the Las Virgenes district's only occupied school. The district has ordered 65 airconditioned [sic] portables which will be set up at housing tracts and then moved to other locations after permanent school buildings are completed. The metal portables are build to last some 20 years."
