Photographs of a helicopter in the summer of 1969, we see a new view of the 26 Baku commissars garden after the 1968 reconstruction. In the center of the new memorial complex, the figure of the oilman holding fire in his hands. Its architects were Alesker Huseynov and Gazanfar Aleskerov. The designer was Yuri Dubov, and the sculptor Ibrahim Zeynals. Everyone was awarded the State Prize of the Soviet Union for creating a memorial!
