Looking southeast across Vine Street, showing, from left to right, West Coast Radio City, during the early stages of its demolition, the Sunset Vine Tower and various commercial buildings south of Sunset Boulevard. Dated May 3, 1964. John C. Austin designed the 1938 Art Deco style NBC Radio facility, which was replaced with a Home Savings & Loan bank in 1967.
