In 1875, the tsarist government allocated 35 thousand rubles from the budget for the construction of the church on the forecourt. The temple was erected by the architect N.V. Trusova. The type of temple is the “octagon on the four”. A brick building with an area of ​​2800 square meters was crowned with an octagonal drum with a dome. A two-tier belfry was added to the church.
