The location is approximately determined by angles on the hills of Semigorye. In this case, a fairly wide panorama opens up, at a greater distance from the hills than in other cases, and the buildings of the city on the other side are not visible - the picture was apparently taken downstream of Koenigswinter itself, where somewhere in the Bad Godesberg area.
