Rectangular chapel with a smaller, semi-circular presbytery, covered ridge above conclusion curved roof open prismatic columnar belfry with a pyramidal roof over the front. The facade with a rectangular entrance cross embossed lintel in a triangular gable topped with a narrow, semi-circular terminating a window in the axis. Longitudinal walls broken by a pair of rectangular, semicircular windows terminated. The outer walls divided lizénovými framework. Internal devices formed altar, baroque pulpit from around 1700 and the statue Vol. John of Nepomuk from 1825. The original Gothic chapel municipal Baroque style in the 17th century. For poor condition was demolished and in its place was in 1920 built a new chapel. In 1953, the village was Tis u Luk absorbed in the newly established military area Hradiště. Even in 1956, the chapel stood, and had a roof in 1962 has been broken down. The chapel is already plotted on a map of Stable register from 1841.
