The "Sky Ballet" in Point State Park. Artist Otto Piene created the "Sky Ballet" using balloons. The piece was exhibited from April 16 to April 18, 1970. Piene is known for his journal "Zero" and his experimentation with light, movement, and space throughout the 1960s. April 18th, 1970.
