When comparing photographs from different years, one can see how new houses appeared on the embankment - the first house was present in the last century, on a postcard with a stamp of 1907 a second house had already appeared, and in 1913 - a third. All of them have survived to the present day. We can assume the period of “two houses” 1906 -1912.
