So Lenin Square, (and since 1991 Independence), appeared from 1984 to 2004. Government House after a large-scale renovation of the facade, held in the first half of the 80s with the use of imported building materials. Probably the first time in the Republic were used window-frames with double glazing color of coffee with milk, with special glasses practically impermeable ultrafialet, according to some Finnish and Yugoslav production. Facade also used very high quality materials that gives the building a snow-white color that lasts to this day. Prior to this, the facade was the eternal gray smudges
