A two-storey house with a rounded corner on Red Square was built in 1814. In 1908-1910, a new three-storey house in the style of neoclassicism was built close to him, with pilasters of an ionic order, combined with transitions with an old two-storey house. In 1935-1937, the third floor of the architect A.N. Kasyanov was prescribed over the old house and it was combined into a single integer with a three-story building. During the war, the house was badly damaged. In 1946-1950, according to the project of an engineer A.A. Luissky, both corps are restored. At the same time, the balcony-shed above the angular entrance was preserved. In different years, the Chernihiv provincial Zemskaya Zemskaya, the provincial executive committee, Regional Executive Committee of the Council of People's Deputies, was located in the building. Now it contains some structural units of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration.
