The Belmont Hotel, located on 3rd Avenue between Broadway and 'E' Street, in San Diego. On the ground floor are restaurants and a cigar shop. Photograph dated September 12, 1945. The hotel has since been demolished. In the early-1980s, this area was redeveloped and became the Horton Plaza shopping center.
