29-meter tower, almost square in plan, made of white stone. Rests on buttresses. At the top of the bell tower and a special platform for the observer. The native part dates from the 15th century, and the floor staircase with 75 steps leads above in 1860. On the ground floor there is a former ass of the city council, on the second second - the guard of the room, from there you can get to the old prison located in one of the towers. On the walls of this prison, you can still see the inscriptions dated to the XVII and XVIII centuries. Both sides of the tower, two buildings in the neo -Gotik style, which served as the mayor's office until 1969. Later, they partially housed a museum.
