The architectural Cathedral of St. Jura is the main Grequocatolic Cathedral of Lviv, the main shrine of the Ukrainian Grequocatolic Church. For a long time, the residence of Metropolitans UGCC was located on its territory. Constructed in 1744-1770, it is a classic sample of the architecture of the baroque period. The construction was launched in 1744 on the project of Bernard Meretina, after the death of which the works were led by S. Fesinger (up to 1764). Finishing works are completed in 1772. On the facade there are sculptures of Johann Pinsel Interior decorated sculptors S. Fesinger and M. Filevich, artists L. Dolinsky and Yu Radivilovsky.
