Photograph dated: January 1990. United California Bank Tower, located between S. Hope, W. 6th, and Wilshire Blvd, was built in 1973 by The Luckman Partnership, Inc. Measuring in at 858 feet in height and consisting of 62 floors, this was the tallest building in the U.S. west of the Mississippi River from 1974 to 1982, until the completion of US Bank Tower in 1989
